Current Roles
Shadow CEO
Be the operational backbone of Diagnostics AI. You'll work directly with the CEO to execute strategy, manage cross-functional projects, handle partnerships, and drive the company forward. This is a launchpad role — you'll learn how to build and scale an AI company from the inside out. You'll touch every part of the business: product, engineering coordination, investor relations, go-to-market strategy, and day-to-day operations. If you want to learn what it takes to run an AI startup, this is the role.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First)
Build and scale the Premedice platform — from React frontends to Supabase backends, Edge Functions, and AI orchestration pipelines. You'll own features end-to-end. This role is AI-first: you ship faster because you think in prompts, not just pull requests. You'll work on clinical chat interfaces, lab report OCR pipelines, medication interaction checkers, and the encryption infrastructure that protects patient data.
Content Creator — Medical AI
Create compelling content that explains complex medical AI concepts to healthcare professionals and the public. You'll write blog posts, create social media content, produce short-form video scripts, and shape the Premedice voice across every channel. You'll be the bridge between our engineering team and the world — turning technical breakthroughs into stories that resonate with doctors, patients, and the tech community.
Marketing Lead — Healthcare AI
Own the Premedice brand and growth funnel end-to-end. You'll set the positioning, run multi-channel campaigns, and turn medical AI complexity into a story doctors, patients, and health systems actually want to follow. This is a builder role — you'll work with the CEO on positioning, the content team on messaging, and the engineers on proof. You'll be measured on qualified signups, pipeline, and brand authority, not vanity metrics.
Finance & Operations Manager
Run the financial backbone of Premedice — from monthly close and runway modeling to vendor management, compliance filings, and investor reporting. You'll be the person who turns founder chaos into clean numbers and audit-ready processes. As we scale, you'll own the finance stack, manage our accountants and legal partners, and prepare the company for institutional diligence.
Medical Blog Writer — Clinician-Editor
Write medical AI content that earns the trust of doctors and the attention of patients. You'll bring a clinical background — MD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent — and pair it with strong editorial craft. You'll translate lab panels, drug interactions, imaging reports, and AI model behavior into pieces that are medically accurate, citation-ready, and accessible. Every article you ship has to pass the same bar a peer reviewer would expect.
AI/ML Research Scientist — Clinical AI
Push the frontier of clinical-grade medical AI. You'll design evals, run model comparisons, prototype RAG pipelines over PubMed and clinical guidelines, and shape which models Premedice ships. This isn't pure academic research — it's research that has to ship to patients. You'll own the eval suite, lead ablation studies on prompt design and tool routing, and publish what we learn so the field gets better with us.
AI Growth Expert — Distribution & Activation
Run the experimental engine that gets Premedice into the hands of the right users. You'll blend classic growth — funnels, lifecycle, retention — with AI-native distribution: building agents, automations, and tooling that compound. You'll partner with the marketing lead on acquisition, with engineering on instrumentation, and with the CEO on the wedge. You measure success by activation, retention, and qualified pipeline — not signups.
